Our first DRUUMM Youth & Young Adults of Color Steering Committee meeting of the year has begun here in Boston, meeting at the UUA 41 Mt Vernon St Offices.  We have a rolling entrance of members, but we got a good start today.  We met with Rev. Sofia Craethnenn, the new Director of Racial & Ethnic Concerns for UUA Identity Based Ministries, an exciting new permanent and full time hire.  We met with members of the DRUUMM SC and White Anti-Racist Allies SC about planning for the Fall Annual DRUUMM Conference.  We reviewed a number of documents from last year, minutes, Letter to POC on the YAYA Transformation Team, and prepared for our longer day Saturday complete with our full committee.
